Repost of announcement in eLearning..
Hi everyone. We have a small class, 5 in all. It begins after Memorial day on May 27th and the last day is July 3rd. Since this is an art class, I have found that it works much better using a blog rather than eLearning. Everything you need for class is on the blog. Here is the address...

Your syllabus is linked from the blog, and in the syllabus are the links, tutorials, redings and instructions for each week. In a nutshell:
-Shoot 50 pictures each week on the theme of the week outlined in the blog. Put the 50 images in a Google Drive folder that you share with me using jnevins@albertus.edu Create folders titled week 1, week 2, etc.
-Create a sub folder called edits, put your best 6-10 pictures there. You will enhance your pictures using Photoshop. You will have free access to it for the class. You will need to download and install it from adobe.com. Don't dowwnload the free version, when I give you the word (as IT has to add you to a special database) then go to Adobe and sign in. there you can find and download Photoshop.
-Post your favorite images to the blog. This is a way to build commuintiy and share your work with others. I comment on each post so that serves as your feedback each week. Post comments to your peers in the class for their work.
-Email me anytime using jnevins@albertus.edu
-Only new work taken for the class can count towards your grade.
Take care,
Prof. Nevins
